excellent central stay

efficient check-in central location underground parking clean room
The staff at the front desk managed check-in efficiently. i found the location quite central to shops and restaurants. i appreciated the underground parking spot. It was convenient though the cost was a bit extra. i also liked the cleanliness of the room and the brightness it offered.
The room i had was a bit small for all my luggage. It felt slightly cramped, though i managed just fine.

The hotel lobby presents a relaxing space with comfortable seating. there is a gym. It allows for a quick workout. laundry facilities on the floor were convenient for washing clothes after outdoor activities.

the staff was helpful with directions to nearby attractions. they promptly addressed a minor issue i had with the room's lighting. i observed professionalism during a minor payment issue i encountered.

I liked the hotel's central location. It was easy to reach nearby shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful! I also appreciated the clean and modern bathrooms.
The parking garage was small. The spaces felt tight! My room was not large enough for two adults and luggage. The bed and pillows felt too soft for me.

the location was convenient, right by the gondola and many restaurants.
I found the rooms quite average. the noise was terrible because rooms 101, 102, and 103 sit right above the crystal lounge. Loud music continued past midnight. the hotel provided ear plugs, but the bass still vibrated through the room. room service was not available either, requiring me to leave my room for everything.
